518 N. 2nd St.  Nice House only 10 blocks from campus. The house is a duplex. The 2^nd  floor portion is separate from the 1^st floor portion with separate entrances. Each unit has a kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. The only neighboring house is a student house that is owned by myself.

Fully furnished including living room furniture, bedroom (desk, dresser, and beds), washer/ dryer, microwave, stove/refrigerator. There is a parking lot the can hold 10 vehicles. All utilities are included for $425/month per room, large attic room is $450. This is a licensed student house.
