About the CPLA

The Landlords association .... CPLA ..... is changing the image of today's landlord. We care about affordable housing, while maintaining the housing stock for our neighborhoods and our tenents.

We also attempt to earn a reasonable profit on our investments and on our management skills.

We Feel qualified to participate in the development of government housing policy and programs and to appose legislation that imposes additional regulation on free enterprise in the housing industry.
